Stylish 2 Bedroom Suite with Patio

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips or small family getaways. Just a stones throw away from trails, Courtenay downtown and roughly 20 minutes away from Mt. Washington, this large, bright suite has something that will be sure to appeal to everyone.nnThe modern kitchen lends itself to whipping up a good meal to enjoy with close friends or family. With its open concept living you will never feel cramped in this space. The only problem with this home is you may never want to leave!nnThe apartment is bright, spacious, airy, zen and looks out to a wild field where deer and rabbits are spotted often. nThe apartment (1000 sq ft) is on the ground level and has a nice sized fenced backyard and covered deck with ample seating.nnThe guests have access to the staircase on the left hand side of the house, the whole suite and the fenced and partitioned backyard. nThe gravel parking spot on the right hand side of the driveway is also for the suite.nnThe top part of the house (fully separate from the suite) is also an Airbnb. Guests staying upstairs are not available for anything, as they are not the owners or managers. nMatt is available all the time via the Airbnb chat/messaging system.nnFamily friendly community located in Courtenay with a large park for kids and trail systems for the whole family. 8 minutes from Cumberland and 20 minutes from Mt. Washington.nnDrive, bike or walk. Free street parking for multiple vehicles. DO NOT park on the paved driveway please. The gravel pad beside the driveway is designated suite parking.nnPlease pull the front door shut when locking and unlocking.nSometimes the fridge door gets air locked when not in use. nPlease brace your foot gently against the freezer (bottom part of the fridge) for leverage and open the fridge door firmly. nPlease keep hold of the handle and do not let the door slam into the wall!!
