We had a great Christmas week stay at Matt’s place. Beautiful unblocked ocean view. Well equipped kitchen to allow us to cook Christmas Eve dinner while most restaurants closed. Great location to convenient shopping: Costco, stores, restaurants within 10 to 15 minutes drive. 3 comfortable bedrooms with 2 bath rooms, clean linen and bedding. Well decorated house as pictures show. WiFi, TV connection to favorite YouTube, Netflix, Prime Video etc. The house is on the hill, so it takes steps to get in, so for people need accessibility, it may be a little challenging- the photo already shows it. For our stay everything was wonderful. We noticed there is people living downstairs, just hope not much noise causing disruptions to family living there. Highly recommend Matt’s place . Summer could be more beautiful and fun!

It’s such an amazing apartment. Everything was looking exactly like on the photos. The view was stunning. Nature was all around us and also some restaurants were near by. It was super cozy in the living room and there was a great kitchen with everything in it what could be needed. The check in and out was very easy going and with the code you had not to care about any keys. Matt cared a lot about us and asked how it’s going. We would definitely come back when visiting Nanaimo again.
