This property is even more beautiful in person! We happened to stay on one of the most gorgeous weekends of the year, and the views were absolutely stunning. The house was spotless and actually felt bigger than the photos suggest. A few kitchen items were missing, which I emailed the property manager about, and Matt was very responsive and easy to deal with. There are caretakers on site, though we never saw them. I would highly recommend this property—the price felt very reasonable for such a beautiful stay.

Had a wonderful stay, street has houses that look like they're out of a storybook. Beautiful space and had everything we needed. Matt was helpful and proactive in all communication. Highly reccomend!

My stay at Matt's place was great. It was exactly what we were looking for and was in a beautiful location. The kitchen was well stocked with every dish/appliance we could ever need, and there were even a few things in the pantry that we had forgotten to bring ourselves. There was so much room in the house so our group had the opportunity to hang out together or find a quieter spot for some alone time. The fireplace was amazing and we really enjoyed being able to cozy up next to it.

Lovely place in central Nanaimo. The views are simply breathtaking and the space is very comfortable and clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well set up for cooking meals. With 4 adults and 2 children there was lots of space for us. We would 100% stay at Matt’s place again!

This spot in the woods was so dreamy! We’ll likely return. Amazing views, great outdoor space, tons of couch space and cutlery to accommodate all of our friends during diners and game nights. We loved it.

Matt's little house was cozy and comfy for my 3 day stay. My husband was in Royal Jubilee Hospital and I felt comfortable and safe in the little house and could walk back and forth to the hospital rather than worrying about parking. The bed was super comfortable and had everything I needed. Thank you Matt!

Really enjoyed my stay in this space, it was ideal for me to stay for a few nights while visiting my son at UVic. The neighborhood was quiet, and a short drive from all Victoria has to offer. Would book again, would love to see the beautiful garden in spring or summer!

Beautiful house and location! We had a great family vacation and absolutely loved the ocean views. The house was incredibly clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the hot tub and the space was perfect for hosting our large family group. Matt was very responsive and an excellent host. Highly recommended!

We had a group of 11 and this place was perfect. Comfy beds, quiet location and a beautiful view. Kitchen was well stocked and had wonderful seating areas for large groups. We really enjoyed our stay.

This a very peaceful and relaxing property to stay and we thoroughly enjoyed the winter weather and outdoor firewood heated hot tub! Matt was a great host and left thorough instructions on the property as well as great local recommendations. We would highly recommend this property.
